Special Instructions:

After the mission briefing, Riders will establish a Flag Line and prepare to receive family and guests for Mr. Hinton’s Visitation and subsequent Funeral Service. At the time the actual service begins, flags will be returned to the support vehicle, furled, and stowed. At that time, Riders not participating in the actual procession will be dismissed and directed to the cemetery. A safety briefing will then be given to those Riders participating in the procession, Honor Bikes will be selected, and all Riders’ positions assigned for the accompaniment of Mr. Hinton on his final ride.

Special Instructions:

Riders NOT participating in the procession will proceed directly to the Cemetery interment site and establish a flag line to meet the procession. Those taking part in the procession, at its conclusion, will dismount near the actual committal site and take places amongst those already in the flag line as quickly and quietly as practical. At the conclusion of the service, the flag line will be retired and flags stowed before PGR members are then debriefed and dismissed.
