ABOUT THE MISSION:
Procession, Interment Service, Memorial Service, Procession
The family of Mr. Melvin Glandon has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to honor his memory and service to our Country by riding with him one last time and standing a Flag Line at his interment service.

- After the Mission and Safety Briefings, the Riders will accompany Mr. Glandon, his family and friends to the cemetery for the interment service.
This Mission will be atypical. The flags will be set at both the cemetery and the church prior to staging. There is a procession to the interment, and then another procession to the church for the memorial service.

Flag Line at interment service. Riders not participating in the procession from the funeral home will proceed directly to the cemetery and be standing in the Flag Line upon arrival of the procession. When directed, the Riders will return the flags to the support vehicle and prepare to accompany the procession to the church.

Immediately upon arrival at the church, Riders will dismount and move to Flag Line to honor the family of Mr. Glandon as they enter. When directed, the flags will be returned to the support vehicle, the Riders debriefed and dismissed
