ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard has been given the distinct privilege of honoring the service of C. Bennett Roodhouse. Bennett entered the US Army in 1953. At the completion of his basic training he was scheduled to transfer to duty in Korea but the Conflict ended with the signing of the Cease Fire agreement. Bennett remained in the United States until his honorable separation from active duty in 1955. As per Bennett’s request cremation rites will be accorded after the visitation & honor ceremonies are complete.

Staging: 1015 hrs (10:15am) at the church.
Family is expected 10:30-10:45am.

We will stand a flag line during the visitation and make our presentation just prior to the beginning of the funeral service. Military rites will be rendered, outside the church, by the VFW & American Legion Honor Guards of Greenville at the conclusion of the funeral service. There will be no escort.

Flags Will Be Provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
