ABOUT THE MISSION:
A man of few words, Herb was known for his service to others. He served his country for 6 years in the National Guard and U.S. Army. For more than 20 years he was a volunteer and past president of the Berlin, NJ Ambulance Squad. He lived in Raphine, Virginia and worked with Habitat for Humanity and Project Next Door through his church.
A memorial service will be held for Herb at Westwood Baptist Church, 2124 Davis Road, Waynesboro, Virginia.
A private burial service will follow the memorial service.
