ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Bernard M. Talbert, age 89, of Johnsonville, IL has requested the presence of the IL Patriot Guard Riders at his visitation, funeral and interment services. Bernard was a WWII veteran who served in the United States Navy. Bernard and his family were proud of his service to our nation and it will be our privilege to stand in a flag line to honor him. Bernard will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Following the funeral service, we will escort Bernard to his final resting place in Harrell Cemetery near Zenith, IL, a distance of approximately 8 miles. Large flags are welcome for the escort; long range weather forecast is low 60’s and a chance of a passing shower.
