ABOUT THE MISSION:

Russ was born in Grand Junction, CO, and grew up in western Colorado. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was the recipient of the Vietnam Service Medal with three Bronze Service Stars. He was an avid fisherman and always enjoyed fishing trips to Canada with his father and brother.
