ABOUT THE MISSION:

Served in Korea & Europe during Vietnam Era.

We have been invited by the family of Edward Dale Reighley to join them in honoring the life and military service of their loved one. We will do this by standing a flag line at his funeral service, accompany him in the procession following and then again by standing a flag line at his interment service.

Special Instructions:

We will stage in the church parking lot. After assisting the support person with the placement of the flags the mission brief will be given. We will then stand the flag line to welcome the family and guests of Edward Reighley. Once the service has begun we will retrieve the flags and return them to the support vehicle where they will be furled and secured. Those riders participating in the procession will remain and receive the safety brief by the ride captain prior to departure to the cemetery. All other riders will be dismissed and encouraged to join the support person at the cemetery for the interment portion of this mission.

Escort has not been secured as of this posting. Final decision for procession will be made at the mission.

Water will be provided.

Special Instructions:

After staging at the cemetery we will assist the support person in the placement of the flags at the interment site to prepare for the arrival of the procession from the church. We will then stand the flag line to welcome the family and friends of Edward Reighley. At the conclusion of the interment service, and at the direction of the ride captain, the flags will be retrieved and returned to the support vehicle where they will be furled and secured. After the post mission brief all riders will be dismissed.

Times are approximate at the cemetery as the exact length of the funeral service is unknown at this time.
