Fellow Riders,
It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that America has lost another True American HERO. The family of LCDR Richard D. Carmack has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their loved one.
LCDR Carmack served in the United States Army, Navy and the Coast Guard for more than 24 years. He received the National Defense Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal and an Honorable Discharge, other awards and commendations are unknown.
We will be proud to Stand For and Honor this True American Hero with a silent flag line at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery during the 2:30 Committal Service.
