George W. Foster, Veteran
USA – WWII
St. Charles, MO, Missouri – 09 Aug 2017
ABOUT THE MISSION:
It is a most distinct honor and a privilege for the Patriot Guard Riders, at the family’s request, to stand a flag line of honor for United States WWII, POW, Army veteran George Foster, 93, and escort him to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Veteran Foster proudly served in the US Army from March 10, 1943 until November 23, 1945 and earned the rank of Corporal. CPL Foster served in three European theater campaigns: The Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe.
CPL Foster, a grateful nation thanks you and is indebted to you for your honorable service. Your sacrifices have granted us the freedoms we continue to enjoy to this very day. Thank you and Godspeed.
