John Brotherson was a pilot and pilot instructor in World War II as part of the U.S. Army Air Corps. He earned the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal with 2 Bronze Stars\, the American Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. Not only was John a true American War Hero\, but\, as a member of the Eldon VFW\, John was the bugler who played taps to honor countless other vets in the area. I personally have seen John\, who was 96 years old\, barely able to stand in the cold blowing wind in the middle of winter\, honoring fallen brothers by playing Taps at their funeral. This man deserves every bit of honor and respect we can possibly bestow.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 07 Nov 2017\nPrimary Staging Time: 0900 A.M. \n\nFirst Christian Church of Eldon\n102 S Aurora St\nEldon\, Missouri 65026-1590\nEldon\, Missouri – 65026\nhttps://www.mapquest.com/search/results?query=102%20S%20Aurora%20St%20Eldon\,%20Missouri%2065026-1590\n\n\nRide Captain: \n\nJohn Morlock\njohn@johnmorlock.com\n(573)280-3240\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: \n\nBriefing will be at 09:00 am on November 7th.
