Fellow Riders,

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that America has lost another True American HERO. The family of Cpl John Pearson Beard has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their loved one.
Cpl John Pearson Beard served in the U. S. Marine Corps for 3 years and 1 month. His awards and Commendations include National Defense Service Medal, and an Honorable Discharge.

Visitation: N/A
Funeral Service: 11:30 p.m. – Small’s Funeral Home, 950 South Broad St., Mobile, AL
We will arrive after the Funeral Service begins and render hand salute when he is placed into hearse.
Committal: 1:30 p.m. – ASVMC
Upon completion of the Funeral Service we will ESCORT Mr. Beard, family and friends to Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery and Stand a Silent Flag Line at Spanish Fort, AL for committal at 1:30 p.m.
LEO (Constables) will escort us to ASVMC.

Mr. Pearson stood many a hard day and night so that we might be safe and free. Now it is our turn to stand and honor him for his service and sacrifice. Ride safely!
