Turner\, USMC Veteran & PGR Member. Kelly went to be with the Lord\, very unexpectedly\, on 02 Mar 17. \nServices will be held on Monday\, 06 Mar\, at the Brown Funeral Home\, 327 W. King St.\, Martinsburg\, WV (http://tinyurl.com/hragon2) beginning at 1300. \nWV District Captain Steve Chapman (shchapman@hotmail.com) is the Ride Captain in Charge\, assisted by WV State Captain Joe Cumblidge (wvugo2001@suddenlink.net). \nStaging will be at the funeral home at 1130. \nMission brief at 1145. \nFlag line will be in place NLT 1200 and maintained until the start of services. \nAt the conclusion of services\, our flag line will be set for the dignified transfer to the hearse. \nEscort WILL be provided to Central Chapel Valley Cemetery\, 2546 Back Creek Valley Road\, Hedgesville\, WV (http://tinyurl.com/hhsshby)\, a distance of approximately 12 miles.
