Mr Dugger served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 15 years as a Fire & Rescue Fireman.  He served in Vietnam and was awarded the USMC Good Conduct Medal w/2 stars; the Marine Corps Reserve Medal; the National Defense Service Medal; the Vietnamese Service Medal w/1 star; the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/device- 1960; the Air Medal w/2 stars and the Rifle Badge – Sharpshooter.
