He served on Active Duty during Vietnam\, the Persian Gulf War\, and the Kosovo Peacekeeping mission.  He had short tours in Okinawa Japan\, Macedonia\, Germany/England and Holland as an Individual Mobilization Augmentation member with 9 deployments. \nSGM Spry also served as a Reserve Officer in the Columbia\, Missouri Police Department and was employed by the Harry S. Truman Veterans Hospital\, Columbia\, MO.
