ABOUT THE MISSION:
Sergeant Major Karl Spry served in the US Army and US Army Reserve from 1970 to 2009, retiring with 39 years service. He served on Active Duty during Vietnam, the Persian Gulf War, and the Kosovo Peacekeeping mission. He had short tours in Okinawa Japan, Macedonia, Germany/England and Holland as an Individual Mobilization Augmentation member with 9 deployments.
SGM Spry also served as a Reserve Officer in the Columbia, Missouri Police Department and was employed by the Harry S. Truman Veterans Hospital, Columbia, MO. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Shriners.
