Bliss National Cemetery\, Mr. Eldon A. Woodie\, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders of Far West Texas to stand a flag line during the World War I Veterans Day Ceremony. The Veterans Administration will be conducting a nation-wide observance of America’s entry and involvement in World War I. \nThe United States declared war on the German Empire on April 6\, 1917 and played a major role until victory was achieved on November 11\, 1918. \nThe ceremony will be held at Ft.
