SCPO Teall proudly served in the United States Navy 1964 – 1988.  His many decorations include: Navy Achievement Medal\, Sixth Navy Good Conduct Medal\, Meritorious Unit Commendation\, National Defense Service Medal\, Battle “E” Ribbon\, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.
