Rick Dailey, PGR, Veteran
USA – Vietnam
MULTI-CITY, Illinois – 05 Oct 2017

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Rick Dailey Sr. have asked the Patriot Guard to stand in honor of Rick at his visitation, funeral and interment services.
Rick served proudly in the U.S. Army, and served in Vietnam, from 1968 to 1970.
Rick stepped up and took over as Senior Ride Captain in Region 4 and brought with him a great respect for our military and our Veterans along with all first responders. In a short time Rick earned the respect and friendship of Region 4 and surrounding areas. Any questions on the flag code, he was the man to go to. He also organized the first Veterans picnic at the Danville V.A. Hospital which carried on for several years. Even in declining health Rick stayed active in the PGR making sure missions were being carried out.
Rick was the Commander of the Georgetown V.F.W. Post 3510 and a member of Danville American Legion Post 210. Rick was also the founder of The “Old Farts Motorcycle Club”.
Please join us as we say farewell and render a final salute to a Real Patriot.
