Orville Julius Creager, Veteran
USA – Vietnam
Thomasville, Georgia – 04 Mar 2017
ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Family of Orville Julius Creager has requested that the Patriot Guard Riders take part in the Celebration of their Hero’s life in Thomasville, Ga. this Saturday. I was proud to accept on the behalf of the PGR.
Orville Creager was a Vietnam Veteran, proudly serving in the US Army 1966-1968, when his Nation called. Though he fought the ravages of Agent Orange, Mr. Creager chose to continue to serve his country and community for the last 25 years as a Volunteer Counselor for AA. He lost his final battle due to complications after surgery in the Gainesville, Fl. VA Hospital recently.
His choice was Cremation therefore this Saturday’s Mission will be a Flag Line prior to Memorial Services only. Military Honors will be performed by Local Military Veterans and Friends. Those services will take place at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 515 Oak Street, Thomasville, GA. 31792.
