World War II Pacific Theater serving at Japan, Okinawa and Guam.

The Family of S1c Billy Ray Watts has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand Honors at his Funeral Service.

Special Instructions:

The Patriot Guard Riders will stage in the Funeral Home parking lot. Following the mission briefing, Riders will stand the Flag Line for the arrival of Family and friends at the Funeral Service of S1c Watts. After the start of the Service, Flags will be furled and Rides dismissed. The Interment Service is scheduled later in the day in Emory, TX. The United States Navy will perform Military Honors and the East Texas Patriot Guard Riders will stand the Flag Line for this Service. North Texas Patriot Guard Rider John Watts is the nephew of S1c Billy Ray Watts.

Flags & Water:

Flags Will Be Provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.
