NOTE: we will be leaving the school @ 12:45 (sharp) once we arrive we will ride down into the park, once inside the park single file yo do a ride by, using the circle parking lot to turn back around and when we approach the crescent parking spot (on the right) we will pull in there and park for the duration of the ceremony for about (approximately 30 minute). Once we get of the bikes I ask that you simply stand in front of your bike. The parking area will hold about 75 bikes easily so there should be plenty of room. Remember that when park to leave enough room to move around your bikes. Access to this is gravel/grass area so please bring your kick stand shoes. This is where the cage vehicles and other groups (motorcycle) will stage at. At 1:00 pm we will move to set up flags and will hold during the duration of the ceremony. If you have large flags, fly them proudly to the FOH. Please be Semper Gumby things may change.

This may be subject to change from now until KSU so watch for any time, area staging location changes.

This is a public park and all laws are to be abided by all.

SPECIAL NOTE: Safety is of our utmost priority. Every effort possible is made in planning and executing the PGR Mission statement in a manner that minimizes the inherit dangers of riding a motorcycle, including riding in groups of all sizes and any situation. While the NCPG and its riders have a remarkable safety record in the execution of our missions, infrequently members have been injured in unforeseen accidents. In an effort to mitigate the risk of preventable accidents, all attendees who wish to ride in a Patriot Guard motorcycle escort or ride are asked to attend the permission briefing. It will include a safety briefing, and any unique ride information known to our RCIC that may be specific to the mission. Member safety and well-being is always a principal ongoing concern, our RCIC’s are asked to stand down from any mission that cannot be accomplished in relative safety or unreasonable risk. This includes both rides and flag lines in inclement weather and conditions. It remains each individual PGR member’s responsibility to ride within their own comfort zone and be cognizant of their surroundings and skill limitations as well as any physical needs or limitations. If the ride and/or mission conditions present challenges beyond your skill, comfort, or needs you are expected to exercise good judgment in foregoing any planned participation.
