Mission Summary:
The family of SSgt Sherman Ray Droke has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to honor his memory and service to our Country by standing a Flag Line at his Funeral and Interment Service
PART 1: Funeral Service and Procession
Mission Date: Jun 15, 2016 – Wednesday

Details Of Part 1:
The PGR will stage at the Nowlin Anders Funeral Home Chapel, where they will set the flags and the Ride Captain will conduct the briefing, the PGR will then stand the Flag Line for SSgt Droke. Once the service starts at 13:00PM, the Ride Captain will make the decision when to remove the Flags and take them to the support vehicle. The riders will be debriefed and dismissed from this part of the mission.
PGR Riders who stay to ride in procession will be given a safety briefing, prior to leaving for Cemetery. There will be no Law Enforcement Officer escort provided.

PART 2: Interment Service

Details Of Part 2:
The PGR who do not ride in the procession may meet at the Oakland Cemetery. The PGR will set a flag line, then stand tall and silent waiting on the procession of family and friends of SSgt Droke. At the conclusion of the service, flags will be furled, riders debriefed and dismissed.
