Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders,
This Mission is Phase Two of our invitation to show Honor and Respect to SSG Matthew Thompson, 1st Special Forces Group, US Army, who lost his life due to an IED while serving in Afghanistan. Matthew, who in addition to being a loving husband and son, was a tremendous asset to his Unit, His Group, and the US Army, and will be truly missed. In addition to 10 awards and medals he received while serving, he was posthumously awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantry Badge, and the Bronze Star with Combat “V”. Please join us as we show his Family, Friends, and Military Family the Honor and Respect that he so richly deserves.

1130 Hrs – RCs arrive
1145 Hrs – Members arrive, sign in, filled and drained.
1215 Hrs – Mission Briefing
1230 Hrs – Establish Flag Line
1330 Hrs – Services begin
1340 Hrs – Break down Flag Line, Debrief, disburse.
