DESCRIPTION:Special send off for AD Service Member\, Active Duty\nUSA  – WoT\nGoldsby\, Oklahoma – 06 Oct 2017\n\n\n[HR][/HR]\nABOUT THE MISSION: \n\nThe Warriors for Freedom organization has  asked the PGR to deliver a soon to be deployed Active Duty Service  Member to the Washington Football Stadium\, 101 E. Kerby\, Washington\, OK  for the start of the game at 1900 hrs.The Service Member will bring in  the game ball and surprise his brother\, who is a player on the team\, as  well as his parents before his deployment.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS:  06 Oct 2017\nPrimary Staging Time: 6:00 P.M. \n\nLibby’s Restaurant\n111 N. Main St.\nGoldsby\, Oklahoma –\n\n\nRide Captain: \n\nPhil “P-2” Lutes\n(405) 627-7795\nphillutes@Hotmail.com\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: \n\nMandatory Briefing: 6:15 p.m.\nRiders wishing to ride in the escort MUST attend the briefing. \nKSU: 6:45 p.m. \nRiders will meet the POC and the service member and ride as a group down  to the stadium\, approx. 5 miles south of the staging area. \nUpon arrival the trike carrying the service member will drive onto the  field to the 50 yard line\, drop off the soldier\, and return to the  entrance. \nNOTE: There is no track around the field but\, depending on the weather  and field conditions\, we will try to get as many bikes into the stadium  as possible.
