ABOUT THE MISSION:

The PGR has been invited to escort the Southern New Mexico Honor Flight from Las Cruces, NM to the El Paso International Airport on 03 Oct 19, and on their return from their trip, we will be escorting back from El Paso airport to Las Cruces on 05 Oct 19.

Special Instructions:

This mission will start on 03 Oct 19 at Memorial Medical Center, 2400 South Telshore Boulevard (Exit 1 off of I-25). The Show time will be 0300 hours with a 0330 briefing as well as a meet and greet with the Veterans. Estimated departure (KSU) to El Paso Airport (6701 Convair Road, El Paso, TX) will be approximately 0400 with an estimated arrival of 0500-0530 hours. LEO escort will be provided.

Special Instructions:

The return escort will take place on 05 Oct 19. We will meet at the Wyndham Hotel parking lot, 2027 Airway Blvd, El Paso, TX at 1700 with a briefing at 1720. The group will then walk over to the Airport terminal to greet the Honor Flight members as they return. Flags will be provided, so we can form and Honor Cordon as they come down from their plane at approximately 1800 hours. The group will then form up again at the Wyndham hotel and await the buses departure from the terminal. We will pick up the escort as they leave the airport and motorcade back to Memorial Medical Center, 2400 South Telshore Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM.
