Nashville, Tennessee – 12-07-19
ABOUT THE MISSION:
Help honor America’s fallen military service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice since 9/11 by humbly serving the families they left behind. This year they will be going to Disney for 4 days filled fun, exciting new ADVENTURE! This organization brings families together from all over the country, and we ALWAYS have a large number that depart from Nashville. See Special Instructions.

Staging Time: 7:00am

*VERY IMPORTANT*Anyone that is going to attend, or possibly attend needs to email your name to Annette, as it appears on your Driver License and date of birth, gender if you have a name that could be either. Also be sure and bring license to the mission. This is required for security passes we will be issued. Put Snowball Express Security in the subject line to help her identify those communications.Come dressed in your Leathers and Santa Hat if you have them. That’s how the families know we are there to help them. Once again, if you haven’t done this in the past, you don’t know what you’re missing.Hope to see you there!!
KSU 7:30am to move to terminal (should be done around noonish). Our role in this is to patrol the parking lots for families that need assistance with luggage, and assist in getting them into the reserved check in desk that will be setup for them at the airport. Once they get through security, we have several other entertaining plans for them prior to the flight departure. Eventually, everyone involved will be at the terminal gate for a flag line as the families board. Usually, we also go out on the tarmac after they board and wave goodbye as the plane leaves the gate.
One of our own is “Santa” this year! If you have never participated in this event, I HIGHLY encourage you to try and make this one. I think it’s just about the best “feel good” mission we ever do. If you have participated, I KNOW you will be there again if at all possible. We will greet them when they return with a flag line. Return Date Staging Time and Location: TBA.

Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
