VIETNAM VETERAN
The Patriot Guard has been requested to stand in honor of SMSgt. Richard Eugene Donely. SMSgt. Donely served thirty years in the US Air Force. During his service he earned Meritorious Service Medal with one Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, AF Commendation Medal with one Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Service Star among many others. Interment will be at Barrancas National Cemetery.
We will be staging at Hardees, 805 N. Navy Blvd., Pensacola FL at 0800.
Naval Air Station requires that we wear long sleeve shirts, long trousers, full fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, footwear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will be required while riding aboard the base.
Itinerary:
0800 – Staging – Hardees, 805 N. Navy Blvd., Pensacola FL
0845 – Briefing
0900 – KSU – (No LEO escort)
0925 – Flag line at Barrancas National Cemetery – Site B
0935 – Service/Interment Barrancas National Cemetery – Site B
Note: For safety reasons all riders will attend the safety briefing.
