ABOUT THE MISSION:
CPL Sidney Walton served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Born 2/11/1919 in NYC, Sidney joined the Army at 21 to fight Hitler. Serving all five years of the War, he rose to the rank of Corporal in the CBI Theater (China, Burma and India), 34th Infantry, 8th Division. Thank you, CPL Sidney Walton, for your service.

The escort will begin in Sugarhouse at 10:15 AM. We will escort CPL Sidney Walton from his hotel to the State Capital, where he will meet with Governor Herbert.
Weather: Mostly cloudy with a high of 85. Please dress accordingly and keep yourself hydrated. Anyone attending in a cage and willing to transport flags please contact the RC.
