ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Sp/4 Hughes has graciously invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line at their loved one’s committal service. SP/4 Hughes served in the US Army in Vietnam, and upon completion of his service, he received an Honorable Discharge. His awards and Medals are the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal W/Device and Parachute Badge.
Please bring your 3×5 American flags and stand for this hero.

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.
It is my honor and privilege to stand with and for those who dared stand where many feared to tread. Your loss is immeasurable but it will mark again the strength and fortitude of the families who raised and supported our heroes, our disciplined, our courageous, among whom you are included.
