Mr. Sawyer faithfully served this country in the U.S. Army\, U.S. Navy\, and U.S. Navy Reserves and performed duties as a Unit Clerk. Upon completion of his service\, he received an Honorable Discharge. During his time in service\, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal (2)\, Army Service Ribbon\, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (3)\, Army Achievement Medal (2)\, Army National Guard Master Recruiter Badge\, Fl State Active Duty Ribbon (5)\, Fl National Guard Recruiting Ribbon\, and the FL Service Ribbon (2).
