Sammy Lloyd Carter

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Mr. Sammy Lloyd Carter have asked us to stand in honor of his service to our country. Sammy was born in Minnesota, after serving in the Korean War, he settled down locally and raised a family. He was active in his community, served as proprietor of Sam’s Barber Shop, loved motorcycles and playing chess with his family. This will be a two part mission. We’ll stand during the calling hours at Keefe funeral home on Wednesday evening, then form a flag line at the entrance of the Veterans Cemetery on Thursday afternoon.
