Russell Bruce Fisher who finished his tour after 82 years. He served in the Ohio Army National Guard from 1957 – Apr. 1963 as a Squad Leader. Mr. Fisher and his wife moved to Fairfield Bay in 1992 where they later retired. He served as a volunteer Fairfield Bay Firefighter for more than 15 years. He has four children\, three step children and 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
