The annual “Run for the Wall”, Southern route, will be passing through Phoenix next week.

We
would be extremely honored to have the PGR present a flag line upon
their arrival to represent support on behalf of our city. This year
registration for the Run is much higher than previous years. It is
expected that over 500 riders will be passing through Arizona this
year. As you know, riders join in as the ride proceeds across the
nation to the Vietnam Memorial in Washington D.C.

They will be
arriving in the Phoenix area at 1650 hours on 16 May 2012 at the
Premier Inn located at 83rd Ave and McDowell on the Southwest corner. A
flag line set at 1630 would insure a timely reception. All PGR riders
are encouraged to stay and say hello to those that are participating
in the ride.

Here is their Mission Statement:

To
promote healing among ALL veterans and their families and friends, to
call for an accounting of all Prisoners of War and those Missing in
Action (POW/MIA), to honor the memory of those Killed in Action (KIA)
from all wars, and to support our military personnel all over the
world.

Please let me know any additional information you may require.

With respect,

Jerry Wright
