ABOUT THE MISSION:
Ruby Irene Nicpan, 82, was born July 7, 1937 in Talladega County, Al. Mrs. Nicpan was a Veteran of the Korean War as she served as an Army WAC. She received her Associates Degree from college after leaving the service and worked as a Case Worker for the Arkansas Department of Human Services until her retirement. She was an avid reader and enjoyed all types of books. She is survived by her son, one granddaughter, two great-grandsons, and three sisters.
