ABOUT THE MISSION:
Roy H. Cook passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at UW Hospital in Madison. Roy Harold Cook was born on January 17, 1936 in Menomonie, WI. In 1943, his family moved to Loyal, where he was raised and after high school, he enlisted in the Army National Guard. Proud of his service, he was a member of the Loyal American Legion Post 175.
