Williamson stood for us while serving four years in the U.S. Army including a tour in Vietnam\, it is now our turn to stand for him. He received the following awards and decorations for his service National Defense Ribbon\, Marksmanship Badge (M-14)\, Vietnam Service Medal & Combat Infantryman Badge. Roy Williamson enlisted in the Army following high school. During his time in Vietnam\, Roy served as a radio operator and a cook. After his time in the service Roy worked at Robins Air Force Base in civil service as an aircraft mechanic\, primarily focusing on the wiring in the tail of the C-130 aircraft. All riders must attend briefing if you plan on joining the motorcycle escort.Stand flag line from 10:00 am till service begins at 11:00 am. Accompany family with 2 sets of cremains (SP4 Williamson and his spouse) to Andersonville National Cemetery.
