Roosevelt Miller’s family has asked us to help them say goodbye to their dear loved one on Saturday\, June 11\, 2016 even though he has spent most of his life on the other side of the U.S. in California as an engineer until he retired. He served in the U.S. Army many years ago and was honorably discharged from Fort Belvoir\, VA.
