ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard will honor Pvt Ronald Wayne Hailey, 60, of Silver Spring, MD., by standing a flag-line in his Honor, on 19 September 2019, during a Memorial Service to his life.  He enlisted in the US Army, during the Vietnam War, and served his country as a Cryptologist.  After receiving an Honorable Discharge, He settled in the Washington, DC area where he met and married the love of his life, Barbara.  He proudly carried on the family tradition of serving in the US Army, as did his Grandfather, during World War I, and his Father, during World War II, The Pacific Theater.  Ronald W. Hailey died on May 28, 2000, at the Prince Georges Hospital Center in Cheverly,MD, after suffering a heart attack.  He will be laid to rest in the columbarium, next to his loving Wife, Barbara M. Hailey, on what would have been their “60th Wedding Anniversary”.  He is survived by a large and loving family, and is missed by all.

          Staging:  12:15 PM
Briefing: 12:30 PM, KSU to Shelter immediately following the briefing.  Please note that this service is for Sandy Pickering’s Father and Mother, as you all know Sandy and Harold are PGR members and Harold is one of MD’s RCs, as well as a PGR Moderator.  After the service, PGR will accompany the immediate family to the interment site, to establish a flag-line, as the urns are placed into the columbarium.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
