ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand for Ronald A. Hammer, just as he once stood for every one of us. Mr. Hammer served 24 years in the U.S. Army and its Reserves. In addition to protecting his country and preserving its freedoms, Hero Hammer achieved the rank of Sergeant while receiving numerous awards including the Army Good Conduct Medal (2nd award), Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal w/ Bronze Star, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal w/ Campaign Star, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Armed Forces Reserve Medal with M Device.
