ABOUT THE MISSION:

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard, we have been invited by a widow of one of America’s Vietnam veterans. SP-5 Ron Lamoreaux, 70, who served as a Medic in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1980 will be laid to rest in Hermiston, Oregon, on 23 August. Mr. Lamoreaux was awarded two Bronze Star Medals and the Purple Heart for wounds he received during his service in Vietnam. Please join us as we provide honors for his service and his family at his funeral celebration and subsequent graveside honors.

**Riders will depart for a short ride to the cemetery at beginning of service to set up flag line. RHG will stay to escort procession to graveside service and join flag line at gravesite at 10:45 am (approx).
