ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Roger Black has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Mr. Black’s service in the United States Navy. Mr. Black served on Active Duty from 12/Sept/1961 to 17/Aug/1965 followed by a Reserve commitment. He maintained skills servicing Jet Aircraft and received the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. Roger was stationed overseas 2 years 4 months of his nearly 4 year enlistment.
