ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to honor one of our Patriot Guard Brothers and a revered member of the United States Marine Corps.  Please join in standing a flag line of honor and respect for fallen PGR member and veteran, Rodney “El-Rod” Hale. “El-Rod” joined the Marine Corps at the young age of eighteen and served from 1973 to 1977 as a Field Radio Operator.  He achieved the rank of Sergeant and earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. As an active PGR member, “El-Rod” was a fixture at Honor Flights and the Snowball Express and could always be seen handing out flag pins to the kids. He is survived by his two daughters.  This is visitation only.  Come and go as you can!  Internment escort mission will be posted separately.

I would like to offer my sincere condolences and prayers for the loss of our true patriot El-Rod. May the peaceful moments and cherished memories bring all El-Rod’s family and friends renewed strength in the difficult days ahead and do not let your heart be troubled your faith will keep you strong. RIP El-Rod hope to see you on the other side.

My wife and I offer our most sincere condolences and prayers for the family and friends, Rodney “El-Rod Hale. El-Rod was one of the most sincere, funny, and devoted people I knew. The Patriot Guard will miss him dearly.
He loved life, and and he Loved people. He was infectious with his laughter and his antics. He was most caring and looked out for everyone. I will miss you my dear friend, my Brother.
Thank You for your dedicated service to our country. We owe our freedom and way of life to Heroes like You Sir, Stand Down, you have completed your tour of duty, May you have Fair Winds and Following Seas at your next duty station in Heaven.

My wife and I wish to extend our condolences on your loss.

We stand with feet planted firmly on rich soil knowing what freedom is. Because of our veterans, I am free to honor God and country without persecution. Where there is injustice, I am free to fight. Where there is silence, I am free to speak. Where there is hate, I am free to love.

His infectious laugh, and heart of gold are like no other. His character and devotion to others made him family to anyone he came in contact with. He was a true friend and brother. From my family to yours…We pray a special prayer for you, your family, and friends during this time of sorrow in the loss of your Father, Rodney “El Rod” Hale. El Rod was always able to walk into a room of strangers and walk away with a room of smiling friends. No words at this time will make the hurt any less, but we pray God will place a comforting hand upon your shoulder to let you know we are all here for you.

I was stunned and saddened when I saw this mission notice….El Rod was always smiling, always ready to help and always there to support the cause. Thank you for your dedication

I’ll miss you at missions, and I ache for your family who will miss you greatly. You were a dedicated Patriot Guard Rider and a really awesome person. I’m glad I got to meet you and ride with you.

I am so sorry for the loss of ” El Rod ” .I pray God will Comfort , strengthen and Bless you all as you go through this very difficult time . He was a one of a kind and amazing guy , one who made everyone he met feel special . He will be greatly missed by all who knew him .

I am thankful for his service in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and as a brother in the PGR honoring ” Fallen Brothers ” . May he Rest In Peace .

My condolences for the loss of your loved one.El Rod was a SPECIAL MAN. He was on my crew working at the Harley Dealership and he and Ruby went on Many Missions and Fun rides together, Be Proud of E L Rod your loved one for his service and sacrifices he has made to preserve our Country’s Freedom.
