DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nRodney “El-Rod” Hale\, Veteran\, PGR\nUSMC – Vietnam\nSaint Peters\, Missouri – 07-18-19\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to honor one of our Patriot Guard Brothers and a revered member of the United States Marine Corps.  Please join in standing a flag line of honor and respect for fallen PGR member and veteran\, Rodney “El-Rod” Hale. “El-Rod” joined the Marine Corps at the young age of eighteen and served from 1973 to 1977 as a Field Radio Operator.  He achieved the rank of Sergeant and earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. As an active PGR member\, “El-Rod” was a fixture at Honor Flights and the Snowball Express and could always be seen handing out flag pins to the kids.
