ABOUT THE MISSION:     Short Notice

The Patriot Guard Riders will provide a Flag Line and Escort to Honor MKCM Robert “Bob” Thomas Delgado to his final resting place. MKCM Delgado served honorably in the US Navy, beginning in 1970. After leaving the Navy, he became a USN Seabee in the Navy Reserves. While serving as a Seabee, he made the decision to join the US Coast Guard, where he rose through the enlisted ranks as high as possible, becoming a Machinery Technician Master Chief Petty Officer, before retiring.
Following his retirement, MKCM Delgado entered Government Services and was a master HVAC specialist, supporting the US Coast Guard, designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems on USCG Cutters, in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Bahrain. He was a fierce patriot and defender of our country and it is with Great Pride that the Patriot Guard Riders will Stand for him, as he has Stood for Us.
