ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of SFC (E-7) Robert R. Boniface has invited the Patriot Guard to stand in his honor and escort him to Barrancas National Cemetery for final military honors. SFC Boniface was one our elite warriors that was serving in harm’s way. SFC Boniface enlisted in the United States Army in Mar. 2006. He completed the Special Forces Qualification Course on 14 Jan. 2010 and earned the “Green Beret.” He was a Special Forces Medical Sergeant and has been to numerous training schools to hone his proficiency. He has deployed numerous times to a combat area and has multiple decorations of heroism to include two Bronze Stars, two Army Commendation Medals, Gulf War on Terrorism Service Medal, Afganistan Campaign Medal with two Campaign Stars, NATO Medal, Specail Forces Tab, Combat Infantryman Badge, Special Forces Combat Diver Badge, and Parachutist Badge. An American Patriot that served to protect our freedom and the one that we prayed for each day. His last assignment was in Logar Province, Afghanistan, where he became a casualty on 19 Mar. 2017. Arrangements are in the care of Harper Morris Funeral Home, 2276 Airport Blvd.
