ABOUT THE MISSION:

Command Sergeant Major McElroy served his country honorably for more than thirty years, including time in Vietnam. This is a two-part two-day mission. Please read the entire mission statement.

Special Instructions:

Briefing: 12:15 p.m. Following the briefing, we will set up and hold a flag line until the start of the service at 1:00 p.m. When the service starts, we will stand down and quietly depart.
For PGR missions during the COVID-19 virus we will abide by all rules and regulations set by the CDC and the State of South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Each attendee is responsible to bring a personnel face-covering. It does not have to be an actual mask, any sort of covering will be sufficient, as we will be setting an example that “We are observing all CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19”.  In keeping with the requirements of the State of South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs, PGR members will maintain at least a six-foot distance between each other during the briefing and flag line. We are also instructed to be no closer than forty feet from the family.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.
