SUMMARY:Robert M. Spigner\, 56\, USARNG Veteran\, Firefighter(RET)
DESCRIPTION:Robert M. Spigner\, 56\nUSARNG Veteran\nFirefighter/EMT Retired\, PGR\nCOLUMBIA\, SC\n21 JUL 16 \n\n\n\nThe family of our own Robert Maxwell “Doc” Spigner has requested our presence at his final services. We are proud to stand for Doc\, just like he has stood for many before him\, in the cold and heat and the dry and hot weather\, he was there. He was there even though he was suffering with pain\, so much aching pain\, but he still stood the flag line and rode escorts when he was able because it was in his fiber. He was a Patriot and he was proud to be a Patriot Guard Rider and American Legion Rider; so now let’s stand for him to show how proud we are of him and his service as a Soldier\, a Firefighter/EMT\, and to his fellow Veterans and families. \nA funeral service will be held at 11:00 am\, Thursday\, July 21st\, 2016 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints\, 4440 Jackson Blvd\, Columbia\, SC\, with burial in Mill Creek Cemetery at the 8200 block of Garner’s Ferry Road to follow. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm\, on Wednesday\, July 20th\, 2016 at Dunbar Funeral Home\, 3926 Devine Street\, Columbia\, SC 29205. \nNOTE: The family desires that his brothers and sisters of the ALR and PGR attend the visitation to show respects and share memories of Doc instead of a standing a flag line. If you are available and your schedule allows\, please take time to pay your respects to the family during this time. \nMISSION DETAILS: THURSDAY\, 21 JULY 2016 \nSTAGING LOCATION:\nChurch of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints\n4440 Jackson Blvd\nColumbia\, SC\, 29209 \nMAP: https://goo.gl/maps/SDQSmPSL69U2 \nSTAGE: 9:30 am (0930) \nBRIEFING: 10:00 (1000) \nExecution: After the briefing\, we will stand up the flag line and hold the flag line until the service starts at 11:00.
