The family of SP5 Robert Leroy Rodgers has graciously requested the Patriot Guard Rider’s presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest. SP5 Rodgers served his Country in the U.S. Army and performed duties as a Combat Engineer.
SP5 Rodgers served from 1959 – 1961 and upon completion of his service, receive an Honorable Discharge and awarded a Good Conduct Medal. No additional military related information is available at this time.
On April 22, 2016, the PGR conducted an Honor Mission for SP5 Robert Rodgers’s brother, SP5 John Rodgers at Florida National Cemetery. Ride Captain Jack “Jackscat” Fair, will once again offer the PGR’s sincere heartfelt condolences to this family, as he did two months ago.
Please bring your 3 X 5 American Flags and join us as we stand in silent Honor and Respect for our U.S. Army Veteran and his family.
