DESCRIPTION:Mission to Honor \nROBERT LEE HARTLEY (89)\nUNITED STATES NAVY\nWORLD WAR II VETERAN\nSATURDAY\, JULY 23\, 2016 \n[ATTACH=CONFIG]4949[/ATTACH]\n \n \n\nBorn: January 3\, 1927 \nDeceased:  July 19\, 2016\n\nHis family has requested that the PGR attend his services.  The mission is a ‘go’ and all contacts have been made.  Mr. Hartley served in the Navy as a Radarman aboard the heavy cruiser USS St. Paul during World War II.  Medals awarded included the Asiatic Pacific Area Campaign Medal with 1 star\, the American Area Campaign Medal\, and the Victory Medal. After the war he became an insurance agent\, was a member of the VFW and American Legion\, and a member of the Paris First Assembly of God.\n\nServices:  10 AM Saturday\, July 23rd at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home\, 730 Clarksville Street\, Paris Texas.  Interment will follow at McDonald Cemetery\, south of Paris.  Military will be present to provide honors.  BIG FLAG BIKES ARE REQUESTED. \nStaging:  At the funeral home from 8:15 to 8:30 AM with a Riders Meeting at 8:30.  Directions to the cemetery will be provided by the Ride Captain.  All new members are requested to sign a PGR Release of Liability prior to Flag Line.
