CWO2 Brooks served our country honorably from August 1964 until August 1986. CWO2 Brooks served aboard the USS Constellation (CV-64). During his Naval career he served in the following positions: F-4 System Organizational Maintenance Tech\, F-14 Aircraft Organizational Maintenance Tech\, Guided Missile Tech – Air Launched\, Special Weapons Unit Officer\, and Special Weapons Assembly Officer.
